Delivery & Returns
Every piece is checked, wrapped and sent with care. Here is everything you need to know.
Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
- Dubai: 1–2 working days
- Other emirates: 2–4 working days
- Delivery charge: AED 20, free on orders over AED 100
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually sent the same day. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.
Every order is gift-wrapped at no extra cost. If it is a gift, add a note at checkout and we will include it, handwritten.
Returns
If something is not right, we want to know.
- You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- To start a return, write to infor@vintageclan.com or call +971 55 285 8709 with your order number.
- We arrange the collection . Return delivery is AED 20.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Items we cannot accept back
- Digital products, such as downloadable journals
- Items that have been used, written in or damaged after delivery
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
