Founded by, a Sri Lankan living in Dubai,
The VintageClan was born from a simple belief:
The best products carry stories deeper than their price tags.
Growing up in Sri Lanka, I learned to see symbolism in
everyday objects. The sun wasn’t just a celestial body –
it was Ira Deviyo, the giver of all nature. A journal
wasn’t just paper – it was a tool for illuminating thoughts.
When I moved to Dubai, I noticed something: Despite
living in one of the world’s most luxurious cities,
meaningful products were hard to find.
Everything was either mass-produced cheap, or
over-branded expensive.
So I started curating.
I search for craftsmen who still care about their work.
Indian leather artisans who hand-stitch every binding.
Sri Lankan papermakers who honor traditional techniques.
Then I bring these products to Dubai, through a lens
of cultural reverence and timeless quality.
