We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at infor@vintageclan.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at infor@vintageclan.com. We will provide you with further instructions and ensure the availability of the desired item.
Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to Vintage Clan. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a refund as needed.
